About Me:

I am a trustworthy, caring and kind individual with exceptional communications skills.

In my day to day profession, I am client facing, excelling at listening to my clients worries, questions and queries, whilst instilling in them confidence in my abilities, and providing them with the answers they seek. Even when the answers are not what they had hoped, I am well versed in dealing with diverse groups of individuals with varying personalities and temperaments, making sure everyone feels heard. All these skills I will surely utilise in my position as Parish Councillor.

I have gained experience in risk assessments, clinical assessments, devising plans and reviews. I believe that I have developed a strong foundation, which would be required of a, caring and supportive counsellor, in order to make a marked difference to people's lives.

I am keen for professional critique and development in my professional approach in practical placements, where my theory, practice and care is challenged and pushed forward, to further assist those in vulnerable situations.

I am an enthusiastic, diligent, and motivated individual who strives to achieve success in all I do.

Effective communication skills will be an essential aspect of my role as a councillor. High empathy, active listening skills and the ability to understand issues are examples of skills I use to help people to navigate their way through their problems in any area. I use effective and adaptive communication skills to convey my message to the masses.

In the parish council, my work will focus on several different aspects, including ensuring quality public services are provided by the council, participating in community planning, and seeking improvements for residents around their concerns.
